Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the ConnectCo mobile application (the “App”) or website (the “Website”). By accessing or using the App or Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App or Website.
1. Introduction
ConnectCo SG Pte Ltd (“ConnectCo”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the App and Website as platforms to connect users with third-party service providers (“Panel Partners”) offering corporate-related services, including but not limited to accounting, immigration, HR, recruitment, and financial advisory. By registering a free account or otherwise using the App or Website, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.
2. Nature of Service
The ConnectCo platform functions primarily as a facilitator. Certain services are delivered directly by ConnectCo, while many are performed by independent licensed Panel Partners. As a free user, you may browse and access general features, request quotations, and connect with Panel Partners. Paid membership is required to enjoy the full suite of benefits and bundled services.
3. User Eligibility & Responsibilities
By signing up, you represent that you are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and to safeguard your login credentials. You remain responsible for all activity under your account. ConnectCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account in cases of misuse, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, Website, and their contents (including but not limited to logos, text, software, databases, design, layout, icons, images, graphics, audio, video, and underlying code) are owned by or licensed to ConnectCo and are protected under applicable laws in Singapore and international treaties. All rights, title, and interest remain exclusively with ConnectCo and/or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you by your use of the App or Website. You are strictly prohibited, without prior written consent from ConnectCo, from copying, reproducing, modifying, adapting, publishing, translating, transmitting, displaying, distributing, licensing, selling, creating derivative works, or otherwise exploiting any content of the App or Website. Any unauthorised use will entitle ConnectCo to pursue legal remedies, including damages, injunctive relief, and other enforcement under law.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App and Website are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ConnectCo makes no
representations or warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or
timeliness of any content or information. We do not warrant that the App or Website will be
uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Nor do we warrant that any services delivered through Panel Partners will meet your expectations.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ConnectCo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; any loss of data, revenue, or profits; or any issues arising from services provided by third-party Panel Partners. You acknowledge that engagements with Panel Partners are governed by their own contractual terms and that ConnectCo bears no liability for their performance or obligations.
7. Data Protection
Personal or corporate data you submit will be collected, processed, and stored in accordance with
ConnectCo’s Privacy Policy. By using the App or Website, you consent to such collection and use.
8. Modifications to Terms
ConnectCo reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be published on the App and Website. Continued use of the App or Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
